Howdy friends and happy (almost) autumn! As I write this, I’m sitting in the land of pumpkin spice faeries (aka Starbucks), enjoying air conditioning since it’s like 150 degrees outside. I’m so glad someone invented the iced latte for days (and months) like this!
I’ve been busy putting the finishing touches on my upcoming novella, For Such a Time as This. If you missed the buzz about its release, you can get caught up here, with this post. The ebook is now up for preorder, at just 99 cents it’s a steal. BUT if you’re on my newsletter list, you will be able to get it for the amazing low price of FREE once it releases, so why not enjoy the perk? There will also be a paperback because, seriously, the cover is too fabulous not to print. I’m not sure what the price point will be for that just yet. This whole self publishing thing is new, so I’m learning as I go.
Annnyway…what I really wanted to do was remind you guys about the gorgeous prizes that are literally sitting in my wardrobe (Yes! It’s a magic wardrobe!) waiting to be mailed to the winners.
A quick recap is this: I’m hoping to up the reviews for my trilogy. With each goal met, I will draw a name for various prizes. The Tethered World is only FOUR REVIEWS away from the goal of 100! Somehow 100 is a magic Amazon algorithm number (I couldn’t even spell that without spellcheck and I don’t really understand what it does, but apparently it makes Amazon suggest your book more often and ALSO turns people into unicorns. Who doesn’t want to be unicorn?).
I won’t rehash the ins and outs of the goals and prizes because it’s all in this post right here! If you or someone you know has read any of my books, would you please consider leaving a review? By no means am I a best selling author, but having sold at least ten times the books in relation to the reviews, I know there are folks out there that could help a starving author out! *gasps* For Such a Time As This will be published in paperback form?? I might just have to snag one – I loved that story so much when you let me beta it during the Rooglewood contest <3. And that cover is BEAUTIFUL, who designed it?
